Dreadpen: “I steal photos and draw on them.”

“Stealing” photos is not such a bad idea after all, especially not when it comes down to doing some creative work. So, we are pleased to introduce you with Dreadpen:

The man behind Dreadpen: David Ristevski, a.k.a. DzaDze. Or as he explains, DzaDze (dz-a-dze) is a noun that stands for adventurous soul, somebody who adores graffiti and is madly in love with Dark Beer & Haribo. Other than that, David is a wicked illustrator who produces stunning logos, pixel-perfect and detail oriented web design both for PC and smartphone platforms, as well as illustrations of lovely and badass characters.

In other instances, it seems that he takes on photos from other people and reimagines them with a touch of the creative pen. Here’s a small selection:
